Shipping

  • Shipping is provided free of cost within the US. Free shipping is standard USPS ground or other most cost effective method. 
  • Buyer may request upgraded shipping at their expense
  • We do not provide any guarantee for delays caused by shipping company
  • If package appears damaged in any way upon delivery, photographs of package should be taken before opening from all angles, and photographs of all items inside package should be taken is various stages of unpacking to document any possible damage to items. Video of entire unboxing is even better if possible. 

Conditions of returns

  • Buyer must contact us within 7 days of deliver regarding intent to return or exchange
  • Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Hold Harmless for purchase of art items

  • Buyer understands that the items they are buying are intended as decorative art glass sculptures designed to mimic/ imitate real, edible food items. While multiple steps have been taken in the design and production of these items to make any possible attempt to actually 'bite' or 'ingest' these art glass pieces unlikely, the buyer should also take measures to protect items from exposure/ access to children, and educate any persons who may be around the art glass as to their nature of display pieces and not edible items.  
  • Also, all items, as a nature of being glass, have the possibility of breaking if mishandled. If an item breaks please use responsible techniques for cleaning up broken glass by searching terms on the internet such as "Safe ways to pick up broken glass". We will be open to discussions regarding repair or replacement of damaged items. 
  • The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hulet Glass, and all persons associated with Hulet Glass, from legal action or financial loss relating to the artwork after purchase for any reason.
